Game Objective
You must build a city with 15 000 inhabitants. As it grows, your city must manage its energy consumption as efficiently as possible, and also limit both greenhouse gas emissions and waste production.
You can move about using the small map in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen by clicking, holding and sliding the mouse.
A building must always be built next to a road
Click on the icons in the bottom left part of the screen to
- plant trees
- select building types (individual homes, appartment buildings, towers, factories...)

Once you have selected the building type you want, simply click on the particular building of that type that you want to build and then position your mouse`s curser next to the road. If you can see the image of the bulding on the map, this means that you can place it there with a simple click. Buildings that are still faded on the screen will become available later, once relevant research campaigns have been completed. The keys below the large map in the bottom center section of the screen

with the solar key, you can (after research campaign) transform both standard buildings (red roof) and insulated buildings (green roof) into solar buildings (blue roof) |
 |
with the insulation key, you can (after research campaign) improve building insulation: when you click on a standard building (red roof) to improve its insulation, the roof then becomes green |
 |
with the Roads key, you can build sections of road |
 |
with the bicycle lane/public transport key, you can build new aletrnative transport equipped roads, or transform existing roads so that they are adapted to bicycles and public transport by simply clicking on each section of road, |

 |
launch information campaigns to encourage your inhabitants to use these new technologies |
You can reduce greenhouse gas emissions and waste production if you launch research and information campaigns
During the construction of your city, you must ensure that greenhouse gas emissions and waste production do not exceed the permitted thresholds Life in your city >
As you build your city, you must satisfy its energy and operational needs.
This can be achieved by: launching research programs, building buildings, roads and bicycle lanes, and organising information campaigns to raise population awareness. Each of your actions will have a positive and/or negative effect. Tip:
Quickly start producing non polluting energy with wind turbines and solar panels, build roads with bicycle lanes and public transport, and launch information campaigns so that the inhabitants uses these installations to their full capacity, and live happily and in harmony with their environment Game End:
Once the number of inhabitants is reached, the game is over whatever state your city is in. You can, at any moment, save your city.
The objective is to reach 15 000 inhabitants and to keep energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and waste production down to a minimum.
You have lost the game if:
The greenhouse gas emission threshold has been exceeded. The difference between energy production and consumption is superior to 15%. Your city`s waste treatment capacity is insufficient by - 25%. |
